Quick answers
The important points, without the legal scroll.
1. Personal data we collect
- Direct-contact data: this website has no enquiry form. If you choose Calendly, WhatsApp, email, or another linked channel, that provider receives the details you submit there.
- Delivery and security data: the hosting and monitoring services may process IP address, browser, request, and error information needed to deliver and protect the site.
- Analytics data, only if you opt in: page visits, interactions, approximate device and browser information, and referring page. We do not use website analytics to create identified visitor profiles.
- Preference data: your analytics and external-media choices, stored in your browser with the date and notice version.
Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, financial details, health records, passwords, or other sensitive information through any linked contact channel.
2. Why we use it
| Purpose | Data and basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services | Information you choose to send through the selected external contact channel |
| Prevent spam, fraud, and misuse | Limited request and security data processed by hosting and monitoring providers |
| Understand and improve the website | Analytics data, only with your optional consent |
| Remember your privacy choices | Preference data, necessary to honour your choice |
We do not treat an enquiry as consent to send promotional marketing. If we introduce marketing subscriptions, we will request separate consent.
4. Retention and erasure
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted from the MTA enquiry mailbox within 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. If you become a client, relevant communications may be retained for the contract, accounting, dispute, and legal-retention periods. Security rate-limit records expire automatically according to the configured abuse-prevention window. Analytics and preference data follow the configured provider or browser retention periods.
We erase personal data when its stated purpose is complete and retention is no longer legally necessary. Backup copies may remain until the next scheduled backup deletion cycle.
5. Security and data breaches
We use access controls, validation, rate limiting, encrypted transport, provider access restrictions, and data minimisation. No internet service can promise absolute security. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take reasonable containment steps and provide required notices to affected individuals and the Data Protection Board when the applicable provisions require it.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask for a summary of personal data we process about you, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data that is no longer required, or withdrawal of consent. You may also nominate another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: email us for enquiry data or choices. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already completed and may prevent us from responding further.
Email a privacy request7. Children
This business-services website is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly seek their personal data. A parent or lawful guardian should contact us if a child has submitted information so that we can delete it.
